Heidi Naylor’s fiction, features, and essays have appeared in the Washington Post, the Idaho Review, Sunstone, Portland (magazine of the University of Portland), the Jewish Journal, and other venues. She teaches English at Boise State University. Her collection of ten short stories, titled Revolver, will appear in 2018 from BCC Press, an independent publisher based in Salt Lake City.

Heidi grew up in Pennsylvania and has long since been adopted by Idaho. She loves hiking in forested Appalachian hills as well as craggy Sawtooth vistas and valleys. She can’t get enough of creating stories set in such beautiful, powerful places.
