I was born in Idaho Falls, ID and currently live in Boise, ID. I received a BFA from Boise State University and a MFA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My work explores the role of images in processes of socialization through methods of photography, sculpture, video, and collage. The research begins with the acts of looking and collecting then progresses to a critical investigation of the image and its relationship to ideologies of sexuality, desire, and death.
